This property was neat and exceptionally comfortable. Neat and freshly decorated room and an iron, a work desk, and a television with satellite channels inside. Comfy bed and large bathroom. Amazing location close to everything, in the pedestrian area. Plus, 20 minutes drive from St Doulagh's Church...

Rooms come with nice toiletries and 2 separate bedrooms, with incredibly kind and attentive staff who cater to guests, situated in a fantastic location close to a pedestrian area, the Moselle River, and the bustling Saturday market.

Staff were all friendly and helpful - they recommended a restaurant for dinner which turned out to be excellent.

A very clean well presented hotel. We were late arriving and the receptionist stayed on to ensure we had room keys etc We stayed only one night and it was a good place for a restfull nights sleep. .

Parking was 75 metres away from the hotel.This was free from 7pm until 9am. The hotel was difficult to find as its in a pedestrianised walkway. We didnt arrive until just after 10pm and it was dark. Sat nav was spot on but their was road works in the side streets so driving close to the hotel was not possible.to drop off bags/ kids etc.

Situated directly in the center, nice surroundings, parking (public, some walk time away). Staff friendly. We got exactly that what was on the pictures.

Spiral staircase, no elevator. Staff speaks only french. We had a lot of bags, so we had to carry it on foot to the parking lot, and then up a tight spiral staircase.

Nice, simple breakfast with quiet outside patio. Room was a nice size and very clean.

Was bothered by church bells which rang through the night....not sure why they don't stop at 2200.

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. It is difficult to find if you arrive without good directions. The staff were very friendly. Even though there are some clubs in the vicinity it was very quiet on the Saturday night we stayed. I stayed with my two 11 year old daughters and I felt very safe staying at this hotel.

Not so much a negative but a drawback would be for the disabled traveler as it is a walk from parking to the hotel and there is no elevator so you must climb a circular staircase.

The location of this place is fantastic, right in the city-center pedestrian zone, and we enjoyed having a separate bedroom.

Very helpful staff - they stored our big suitcases for us for two weeks while we were cycling the Mosel River cycle path. Good location in the old town not far from the cycle path with secure bike storage.
